Kryron Terminator Armor is combined with a steel back plate for reliable protection for .50 cal AP rounds. The amount of steel is substantially less than current systems, and still provides the trademark multi-impact protection of Kryron Armor. This system can be used in critical protection areas and is completely concealed. The system can also be used in appliqués mounted on the outside on the vehicle.

 

Because of the lightweight construction, the system provides a more sustainable solution in addition to the exceptional ballistic performance. With a weight range of approximately 25 lbs / sq ft, the system is less stressful on the mechanical systems and the performance of the vehicle is not adversely effected.
